This limited release Ginjo has a brilliant nose filled with peach, strawberry, and minerals. Fruity and round flavor profile, with tones of strawberries and mangos that dance in a silky and clean flow. Full-bodied but soft, with vivid acidity which mutes the fruitiness. A wonderfully fruity experience without heavy sweetness. SMV: +1 (semi-dry). Acidity: 1.9.
