This highly enjoyable, unoaked white uses fruit from five different parcels and is a very well-balanced white that’s typical of the earlier picked cuvées in 2018, combining nectarine and citrus flavours with a hint of boiled sweets and supporting acidity. Lemon peel, mint and white flowers all grace this very pretty, perfumed entry-level Chablis. The richness and radiance of 2018 are evident, and yet there is a good bit of freshness as well.
