Raised with 40% whole-bunch fruit, it has an attractive floral bouquet featuring red cherry, wild strawberry and crushed chalk aromas. The palate is medium-bodied with fine-boned tannins, well-judged acidity and a vivid, energetic, sorbet-fresh finish. Superb. Just two barrels this year. Drink: 2022-2040. (Jan 2020)”
