Ponsot Hospices de Beaune Clos de la Roche Cuvée Cyrot-Chaudron 2010

By far, the most sought-after red wine each year at the annual Hospices de Beaune auction is Clos de Roche “Cuvée Cyrot-Chaudron”. In 2010, a mere 3 barrels were produced. Two were purchased by private individuals and, therefore, not commercially available. The third, however, is. And we have it.
Not only do we have it, but our particular barrel was elevated by none other than Laurent Ponsot, whose own Clos de la Roche 2010 (which was rated 95-97 by Allen Meadows), sells for between $540 – $750 elsewhere in the US. However, we are offering Ponsot’s ultra rare 2010 Hospices de Beaune Clos de la Roche “Cuvée Cyrot-Chaudron” at very special pricing. Only 14 cases are available (which is half of the barrel), so these will certainly sell out quickly.
