Full bodied and velvety, with ripe and juicy tropical fruit notes with plenty of buttery notes making me think of warm croissants with melted freshly churned French butter! Impeccably made and in very small quantities, this drinks well above the price. Gorgonzola gnocchi with fried sage for a decadent treat.”
