Densely packed, appealingly sweet cherry, blueberry, mulberry and spicecake flavors are supported by an undercurrent of smoky minerality that provides back-end lift and cut. Shows a suave floral quality on the impressively persistent finish, which is shaped by smooth tannins. There’s a deft mix of power and finesse here. (May 2020)”
