In wet years they are not blended, but in dry years such as 2019 they are, to give a wine with a very dark plummy fruit, with notes of liquorice and spice. The texture is lush, yet richly tannic and very long. Superb, definite grand cru quality. Drinking Window: 2024-2039. (Oct 2020)”
