Producer notes: “This Sancerre rouge is silky textured, fresh and with fine yet firm tannins, and a remarkable finesse and delicacy. It is well structured with moderate alcohol and is lovely to drink today. The grapes have been perfectly selected on the sorting table, before they were de-stemmed. The wine was then aged in wooden vats and 500-liter barrels.”
