Very elegant Pinot Noir ripen, which are characterized by interesting berry notes. Food Pairing: Perfect with roast kid with a celeriac and carrot purée, lamb cutlets with herb risotto or, slightly cooled, with trout meunière with boiled vegetables. Alcohol 13.5%.”
