Description
Deep golden hue in color. Unfiltered and clouds when iced. Big, smoky, peaty mouthful of complex flavors. Flavors include tobacco, bitter chocolate and caramel. Grain to bottle blend of 80% heavily peated two-row barley and 20% specialty malts (crystal, cara aroma, and chocolate). Finished in Oloroso Sherry casks. Barrels range in age from two to three years. Brought to proof with Spring44 Artesian water. 50% ABV / 100 proof. Non-GMO.
