Description
Light straw in appearance. Aromas are typical of Gavi, fine and pleasantly fresh. Delicate, very dry, characterized by a fairly marked acidulous notes. Fine, delicate, pleasantly tart taste indicates antipasti, fish and seafoods. Unrivaled with oysters, but an elegant accompaniment to white meat and vegetable pies.
