Our special cuvee is made from vines around 55 years old. Perle blanche is our most intense and dense wine because it comes from old vines. Beautiful bright, crystal clear yellow colour. The aroma offers a pure expression, combining floral and mineral tones. On the palate a true Sancerre, voluptuous, aromatic, in a rich category which makes it a great wine to serve with a fish.
