Description
Nose: Familiar cane sugar notes from the 7 year but this is a touch more laid back and creamier on the nose. Palate: Light caramels and wood spices with an enjoyable interplay between rye and corn. Finish: Smooth and long with some chopped red chilli but without the same intense spiciness of the 7 year old.
