Grenache Blanc, Roussanne, Bourbelenc, Clairette and Picpoul. 5% of the Roussanne is fermented in new oak for 6 weeks, then aged in stainless steel. No malolactic.
It’s uncommon to find Bourboulenc in a CdP Blanc; Alexandre likes it in the blend because it tends to have lower alcohol than the other grapes, and brings acidity and balance to the wine.
