Clean aromas of fresh fruit (apple, peach) with hints of spring flowers. On the palate it’s elegant and lingering, with fine pastry and mineral notes. Ideal as an aperitif, it pairs beautifully with tapas, rice-based dishes and pasta with creamy sauces.
