Ambrosia in its most classic form, ideal for making every moment of the day special. The “Day Version” Gin tastes of lightness and purity. The blend is characterized by notes of Sicilian lemon and juniper berries and rich in vibrant aromas of sage and rosemary. The aromatic bouquet and the distillation approach make Ambrosia Day Edition a very drinkable Mediterranean gin with lots of appeal!

Ambrosia is made using the slowest artisanal distillation technique. The raw materials are never exposed to flame or direct steam. The botanicals infuse in an alcoholic base of full-grain cereals. The infusion is then diluted with the pure water from Monte Nerone and finally is refrigerated at -15° C for at least three days. This long process allows the gin to fully express its aromas on the nose, even when bottled. Finally, the gin is filtered, bottled, and left to rest for three months before release to the market.
