The 2018 Stony Hill Cabernet Sauvignon is savory perfumed and ferrous. Sourced from their only west-facing parcel on volcanic soils at 1 500′ elevation it has notes of dried herbs pine tar and wild blackberry with hints of orange zest. Building velvety tannins are wrapped in an elegant mid-weight structure.
