Vinification: the blend was vinified in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature. Tasting notes proeza douro red has a ruby red colour with aromas of ripe fruit. On the palate it reveals a buttery and fresh fruit taste showing good acidity and a fine balance. – alvaro van zeller winemaker
