100% organically-farmed tempranillo given an indigenous yeast fermentation in concrete tanks. Deep-red-black with well formed legs; dry medium full-bodied with freshly-balanced acidity; medium plus phenolics. Earthy red and darker red fruit with spice and a sort of warm garrigue character.
