“Il Pacchia” has a deep ruby red color with brilliant shades. The nose shows berry fruits, ripe black cherries and plum notes at the end. With a structured and rounded palate, the taste reflects the intensity of the bouquet. “Il Pacchia” is a rich, well-balanced wine with a long finish, and a delicious, fruity profile supported by a touch of vanilla from French oak.
We strive every day to protect biodiversity and enhance the agro-ecological balance. Ours is a low environmental impact agriculture based on ancient practices such as green manure to encourage root symbiosis and other cultivation techniques capable of enhancing the characteristics of each individual vine. For us, the hand of man is secondary compared to the complexity of nature, so we limit human intervention even more stringently than dictated by organic farming regulations.
