Description
A Ripasso of great elegance and longevity, it has a deep ruby color with a nose intense with ripe black cherry and spices. The palate is dry, medium-bodied with intense flavor of ripe dark fruits, dried figs, earth, coffee and cocoa. Excellent with mushroom pastas, game meats and strong cheese like gorgonzola.
