100% Chardonnay Fermented 75% in stainless steel tanks and 25% in seasoned oak barrels. Aged 65% in stainless steel tanks and 35% in seasoned oak barrels followed by the assemblage in tank for another 5 months. Yellow-gold-straw with well formed legs; dry medium full-bodied with fresh acidity and scant phenolics. Elegant chalky mineral terroir notes with ripe citrus fruit.
