Description
Fruity aromas with hints of peach and lemon. An exceptionally expressive and clear nose. As with all wines in the Classique range, we harvest at night to preserve the freshness of the grapes. Subsequently, we cold press the grapes and keep our juices at low temperatures for approximately 10 days. Vinified separately, the grape varieties are blended in December.
