100% Pinot Noir Prestige coming from young wines from various growers located mainly in Cote dOr and Cte Chalonnaise areas carefully selected and vinified. 40% of grapes are maturing in oak barrels during 14 months. Shiny red-garnet color the nose is lightly woody with a bouquet of red fruits and soft spices like cinnamon very round in the mouth with fines and elegant tannins. Gastronomic match: White and red meats light cheese Accommodation temperature: 15C. Shelf life: 3-4 years
