Description
The grapes for il Bianco are harvested from three different vineyards, Dispensa, Gurra and Ulmo. They’re fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel to preserve fresh aromas. After fermentation the wine is left in contact with the fine lees and has weekly stirring to increase the finished texture.
Youthful notes of citrus and flowers, white acacia, broom and fresh grass are balanced with peach, pineapple and chamomile. On the palate the wine is balanced and refined with well-measured acidity. Pair il Bianco with crudité, tinned fish, white anchovies, light tapas and salads.
