Description
Made with gewürztraminer and ugni blanc. This skin-contact white wine from Saint Chinian in Southern France is made by Jean-Marie Rimbert. The grapes macerate on the skins in stainless steel for five months, the wine is also vegan-friendly despite minimal filtering with a pea-protein. The wine acquires an almost neon orange hue from the extended skin contact with clean, honied aromatics of dried fruits and citrus, delicate tannins and refreshing acidity. A go-to pairing for south Asian fare.
