An autumn bouquet with distinct notes of iris give way to the delicate, yet rich, fruit notes of fig, raisin, plum and candied orange revealing an exquisitely layered and matured blend. The eaux-de-vie are matured in proprietary barrels using complex aging techniques, lending to a long finish with notes of crème brûlée.
