Hand-harvested whole cluster cabernet sauvignon grapes go into Recanati’s Upper Galilee Series Cabernet Sauvignon. The wine shows delicate smoky aromas with hints of spice and a rich palate of blackberries, plums and herbs. Pairs excellently with lamb, brisket and grilled meats.
