Description
This is 100% gamay. Rémi Dufaitre has been embraced by the famous “Gang of Four” in Beaujolais as the next generation of natural producers. Prémices is from 50-70-year-old vines. The Prémices parcel of Beaujolais-Villages vines and the grapes are fermented and aged in concrete tanks, with a very short maceration. The lightness and elegance are balanced with a healthy dose of minerality and complexity that make this easy- drinking wine one for serious gamay drinkers. The flower bud on the label represents that this wine is the first flowery taste of the new vintage.
