Description
Straw-yellow with greenish reflections. Rich, fine and persistent perlage. Fresh, floral, fruity aromas with hints of acacia flowers, apricot and green apple. On the palate, fresh and sapid. Pleasantly acidic thanks to the citrus note enhanced by the flavor of green apple. Perfect as an aperitif, it’s also excellent throughout the whole meal.
