Description

The first sip reveals a generous full body, smooth tannins and flavors of dark fruit, chocolate and tobacco as well as a hint of vanilla from the oak aging process. This makes it perfect for pairing with rich, meaty dishes, such as grilled steak or lamb, as well as strong cheeses, such as Roquefort or aged cheddar.
