This terroir gives birth to a rich wine that encompasses an array of red and black fruits layered with spices, white pepper and a beautiful backbone made of classy tannins and minerality giving length and persistence. It’s possible to approach this wine after four or five years in the cellar, though this wine benefits from a longer aging.
