Our Castle Rock Pinot Noir is produced from grapes grown in a carefully selected group of California vineyards, where the climate and soil quality provide excellent growing conditions for this delicate varietal. Our pinot noir is elegant and medium-bodied, offering complex aromas of strawberry, dried herbs and allspice. The generous midpalate is highlighted by flavors of cherry, cinnamon and warm sugar with a long, harmonious finish. This versatile wine pairs well with chicken, salmon and light pasta dishes.
