Description
The bouquet is bright and vibrant, hopping from the glass in a mix of gooseberry, lime a beautiful base of chalky soil tones, gentle notes of cut grass and a topnote of citrus blossoms. On the palate the wine is bouncy, full-bodied, complex and succulent at the core, with superb mineral undertow, a fine girdle of acidity and lovely focus and balance on the long and complex finish.
