The 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon Sage Ridge is another inky hued wine from Bevan and offers lots of ultra-ripe black cherries, blackberries, wildflowers, chocolate, and a kiss of iron. With full-bodied richness, a dense, layered mid-palate, and lots of tannins, it nevertheless has beautiful purity and a seamless texture. Made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, from a steep, terraced vineyard (Kuleto), it’s another terrific wine in the lineup.

Cabernet Sauvignon
By far and away the most recognized and widely grown red wine grape varietal in the world is the Cabernet Sauvignon.
