Wheated bourbon, charred in American oak and former medium-toast French oak barrels. Sourced from a pedigreed craft distillery in Bardstown, Kentucky, the mash bill consists of 65% corn, 20% wheat and 15% barley. Aged in new, charred American oak barrels for three years, it’s finished in Napa Cellars chardonnay barrels for 9-12 months. Pairs perfectly in an Old Fashioned, Manhattan or Boulevardier cocktail.
