91-94 The 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve marries energy and depth. In most vintages, the Reserve is an under the radar gem. The 2021 is another terrific example. Bright acids and beams of tannin run through a core of dark fruit. Mocha, tobacco, cedar, licorice and chocolate linger. The 2021 is a bit firm, but time in bottle should take care of that. Once again, the Reserve looks like it will be one of the stars in this range.

Cabernet Sauvignon
By far and away the most recognized and widely grown red wine grape varietal in the world is the Cabernet Sauvignon.
