Description
Named after the humble instrument in every grape farmer’s tool kit, this chenin blanc was harvested from large bush vines located on the northern side of the Paardeberg Mountains. The high elevation and northerly exposure to sunlight result in a soft wine with tropical fruit flavors and hints of biscuits from lees stirring.
