Description
Traditionally produced at Bodega San Isidro, Barsol Supremo is an artisanal pisco distilled from the partial fermentation of Italia grapes. This serves to keep some of the natural grape sugars from converting into alcohol, resulting in more flavor and aroma in every bottle. The result is a smooth, delicate spirit with complex notes of pear, citrus, peach and melon.
