Description

Deep red color with purple reflections. A traditional blend of cabernet sauvignon and merlot, the Cap Royal Bordeaux opens with aromas of red fruit, blackberry and blueberry jam, with spicy and toasted notes. On the palate, a classic bordeaux medium body with red berry fruit, silky tannins and bright acidity on the finish. The richness of the wine is evident through a creaminess enhanced by vanilla notes brought by the aging in oak barrels. Lamb, aged beef and stews are really going to shine, as well as cheese at the end of the meal.
