Description
This aperitif wine drinks like a combination of an Amaro and an Oloroso Sherry. The wine base is Moscato with cardoon and Roman thistle as two of the herbs used. Ginger, artichoke, with a touch of sweetness on the palate makes this a fine start to any night.
