Description
Chateau Kirwan is produced from our finest plots. These are made up mostly of gravel soils but also of clay. The grapes are harvested and vinified plot-by-plot to ensure high precision in the winemaking process. Eighteen months’ aging in oak barrels (half of which are renewed every year) completes and forges the wine’s unique character.
