Description
This is 100% dry chenin, both indulgent and chiseled. Light yellow with green tint has aromas suggesting green apples, pear skins, lemon zest and slate. Bosc pears, tangerines, lemons and subtle baking spices on the front palate lead to a silky and zesty back palate. The long, rich and intense finish leaves citrus rind flavors coating the palate. The zesty acidity and texture make this a great food companion.
