96 points Christy Canterbury, MW (TimAtkin.com): “Domaine du Clos Frantin has parcels in the top and bottom of the Clos. The combination makes for a vibrantly intense palate with excellent density. The blueberry coulis and forest berry core are shaped by silky, caressing tannins and bracing acidity. While built for the long-term, this should be accessible fairly early, too. 2024-40. (2022)”

94 points Charles Curtis, MW (Decanter): “Lovely and ripe cassis fruit, in a silky yet dense texture, balanced by abundant freshness that leads to a pleasant persistence on the finish. Produced from two parcels, one that passes from Baudes Basses to Baudes Hautes, and the other in Grand Maupertuis. The total is 0.71ha and harvest began on the 31st August. A long, slow fermentation in conical wooden vats and ageing in cask (60% new). Drinking Window: 2025-2050. (Nov 2021)”
