Sourced goods from mid-west grains with a mash bill of 80% corn, 17% rye, and 3% barley. Aged and matured in a proprietary re-casking process and an enhanced oak stave finishing. Profiles are very much like a Kentucky bourbon with a hint of sweet carmel, honey and brown sugar. Finished at 90 proof. Patent pending, football replica with stitches and seams on the front of the bottle, sits atop a pedestal base of as etched miniature football field replete with yard markers and end zones.
