Description
Grenache blanc, grenache gris and macabeu grapes are macerated 6-8 days to give Côte Mas Orange wine a copper color. They also lend a complex nose of rich, candied citrus and chamomile flowers. On the palate the wine is dry with perceptible tannins and shows vivid tangerine flavors complimented by exotic spices and dried herbal teas.
Pairs excellently with spicy lamb meatballs, baba ghanoush, roasted vegetables and Indian curries.
