Description
Only free-run juice is used for Côte Mas Rosé Aurore. The juice is fermented in temperature-controlled stainless and then aged on lees with stirring for 40 days in concrete. This process gives the wine maximum fruit intensity, with aromas of cherry, currant and a hint of spring flowers. The palate is rich and smooth with ripe, crunchy fruits and well-balanced acidity. Great as an aperitif or paired with grilled chicken, shrimp or goat cheese salads.
