Description
Wide aromatic palette, mixed with white fruits and white flowers, embellished with discreet notes of hazelnut and lemongrass. Fruity, with a beautiful freshness and a silky structure. A little lively in its youth, gains in suppleness with age to develop a persistent and tasty fat. Ideal companion for eggs in meurettes with white wine sauce, grilled fish or fish in sauce, meat pies or appetizers à la reine and many cheeses such as a young Comté or a Cîteaux.
