Description
The wine has a glittering gold color with green highlights. It offers a complex bouquet of mayflower, acacia, honeysuckle, verbena and hazelnut, with hints of toast or fresh butter. As it ages, you might also detect notes of honey or ripe pear.
On the palate, it’s ample and creamy, with flavors of white fruits, menthol freshness and honeyed almonds. The finish is supported by the freshness from morning sun exposure and the minerality of the stony subsoil.
