Description
This is 100% chenin blanc. Winemaker Fabien Brutout allows whole bunches of chenin blanc to ferment for about three weeks on the skins to create the perfect gateway to skin-contact whites. Fresh chenin aromatics pave the way to a more textured mouthfeel. The slight tannin is complemented by honey and bright acidity for a nicely balanced orange wine.
